Detroit Girls Can

The first-ever Detroit Girls Can retreat empowered and educated

young women with straight talk from Detroit-area leaders on career,

education and financial management at Wayne County Community

College in Detroit  on Saturday May 30, 2015. Presentations and

activities were centered on creating and projecting a positive self-image,

connecting with higher educational opportunities during high school

personal finance and communication skills.   T. ROSE connected with

several young ladies and continue to assist them with reaching goals.

Samaritans Feet

For numerous years, T. ROSE has volunteered as a foot washer,

UniverSoul Circus

We have taken numerous youth and families to the Soul Circus; starting

in the early 2000; as T. ROSE secured a contract with the Soul Circus and

arranged for over 500 youth and family members to attend.

Busing them all in from Lansing, Jackson, Grand Rapids and Muskegon

in one weekend.  The huge response was noted by the owner and staff

of the Soul Circus; and an ongoing marketing/promotions and group

organizer agreement was secured and is still in effect today.
