TROSE is dedicated to identifying and cultivating community relationships to capture the essence of quality marketing and promotions.
Realizing that it takes one person to have a dream and a combination of teamwork, motivation and faith to develop and maintain strong community and working relationships.
Optimizing on her roots in the community and the strengths that already exist in her family structure to create/produce and market positive family-oriented events for all ages and ethnicities.
Supporting the community’s interest and desires to ensure that each event has an educational component for the youth and a meaningful message for the adults.
Embracing the multiple talents of our youth and combining it with each production providing an opportunity for growth, independence, teamwork, workplace enrichment, and a close look at becoming an entrepreneur.
